He directs Strength Psychology and is widely regarded for his supervision of school-based practitioners. With a passion for linking thought, emotion and behaviour, Jesse empowers others through insight and evidence-based support, earning recognition for his impactful work with young people.

Nathan is a clinical psychologist renowned for his work in deliberate practice and feedback-informed therapy. He is committed to transparent, effective care and regularly evaluates outcomes to ensure the best results for clients. As the founder of Psychology Outcomes, Nathan draws on advanced training in CBT, ACT, DBT, and MI to tailor therapy to individual needs. His dedication to excellence is reflected in his published research and national leadership in clinician supervision.

Bron brings over a decade of experience supporting some of Victoria’s most complex and vulnerable young people. She’s spent the past 10 years as part of the leadership team at Melton FLO, helping to evolve the FLIP and CaLM programs, and prior to that worked at Staughton College. Her deep understanding of the education landscape and her compassionate approach to working with students and families.

Bron will work closely with all our stakeholders to strengthen relationships, solve challenges and ensure communication flows.

Cam is a strategic leader and entrepreneur with a track record of scaling ventures for impact. As COO of Psychs in Schools, he drives national growth and mental health access through operational and business expertise. He co-founded PitchBlak and Pitch VC, backing startups from idea to exit, including internationally scaled Mr Yum. Cam blends mission-led strategy with proven execution.

With over 25 years of experience in business administration, Jen plays a pivotal role in driving operational success at Psychs in Schools. She manages daily operations, stakeholder relationships, onboarding, and company-wide projects. Often the first point of contact, Jen is passionate about connecting underserved schools with vital psychological services to improve mental health outcomes for children across communities.

Dianne is a seasoned psychologist and PsyBA-approved supervisor with a background in teaching and extensive experience across school sectors and private practice. She is passionate about bridging research and practice, consulting with schools on wellbeing, inclusion, and disability support. Dianne co-authored Change Agents and Communication Cards, tools designed to foster self-awareness and emotional growth in young people.

Jake is an experienced psychologist and South East Regional Manager at Psychs in Schools, also serving as principal psychologist at Level Up Psychology and director of AEDPA. He specialises in assessments and counselling for adolescents and young adults. With a PhD and extensive professional affiliations, Jake leads multidisciplinary teams, supervises emerging psychologists, and champions the use of technology to improve client outcomes.

Clare Panetta

Clare is a passionate and experienced psychologist dedicated to supporting the holistic development of young people. With a Master’s from The University of Melbourne and over 14 years in educational settings, she brings deep insight into child development, mental health, and learning. Clare blends research, performance psychology, and neurodiversity-affirming practice to empower students and schools. As an AHPRA-approved supervisor, she fosters reflective, safe learning spaces for psychologists at all career stages.

Tori uses CBT, ACT, and strengths-based approaches, and is a dynamic speaker and group facilitator. She is dedicated to fostering supportive, growth-oriented supervision and advocating for accessible mental health care in schools.

Elise is a Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor with ten years’ experience across the lifespan in diverse settings, including private practice, multidisciplinary teams, and rural and metropolitan communities. She provides warm, reflective supervision to provisional psychologists, drawing on CBT, ACT, and Schema Therapy to support curiosity and professional growth.

Elise has a particular interest in childhood anxiety and is passionate about sustainable practice, supporting psychologists to protect their wellbeing while developing effective skills to support children and families.

Since gaining full registration in 2021, she has provided care across school and private practice settings and holds national governance experience. She brings extensive experience in youth mental health and clinical supervision, with particular expertise in trauma-informed practice and leadership across educational and community settings.

Lauren is deeply committed to nurturing growth in both young individuals and provisional psychologists. She fosters meaningful connections, teamwork, and emotional awareness within professional environments.
